  • Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
  • If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • Delayed Deliveries

  • These may include courier disruptions, severe weather, customs delays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events. In rare cases, delays may also occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues.
  • If we become aware of any issue that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Although we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to keep you informed and provide assistance where possible.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for the package lies with the shipping provider. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at helpspeculym@gmail.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
  • We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have formal procedures for lost or stolen shipments. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated.
  • Please note that Speculym is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. In some cases, filing a police report may be required.
