Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be in processing and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to minimize damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) where the product itself is intact is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing helpspeculym@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Speculym is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
